Registration for 2026 for returning GAC campers (and siblings) opens on August 1, 2025

Families who were wait-listed for 2025 can register for 2026 starting August 15, 2025.

2 Week Sessions – Completing grades K to 9th

Two weeks is our most popular session length and is ideal for all campers ages 7 and up. During our two-week sessions, campers have the opportunity to participate in a variety of non-competitive, recreational outdoor activities. A one- or two-day trip to our Shaver Lake watersports outpost is included in the two-week stay for campers completing grades 4th through 9th.

Campers attending more than one session will be placed into different two-week cabin groups. Campers will spend two days at our Shaver Island Watersports outpost in-between sessions. If you would like to enroll your child in two non-consecutive sessions, please contact the camp office.

Mini Camp (1 Week) – Completing grades K to 6th

Gold Arrow Camp’s Mini Camp includes one-week of traditional camp fun at GAC, including nightly campfires, all at our beautiful lakefront location on Huntington Lake. Mini Campers will try a variety of Gold Arrow Camp’s extensive activities, including sailing, kneeboarding (wakeboarding and water skiing for those campers who participate in early morning or free time activity periods), rock climbing, ropes course, archery, and riflery. Due to the short duration of the session, not all camp activities can be offered. Mini Camp is a great introduction to resident camp for first-year campers and a fun week of camp for experienced campers who can’t fit a two-week session into their summer.  Click here to learn more about Mini Camp.

Watersports Specialty Camp (1 Week) – Completing grades 4th to 9th

The Watersports Specialty Camp at our Shaver Island Outpost is offered as part of our three-week sessions (Sessions #1 Plus & #4 Plus). The August Watersports Specialty Camp can be a stand-alone one-week session and is only available for returning Gold Arrow campers. Campers of all levels enjoy an action-packed week of waterskiing, wakeboarding, and kneeboarding. This camp is held on our island outpost in the middle of Shaver Lake, where campers sleep under the stars after spending fun days on the lake. Junior Counselor

Junior Counselor ProgramOur Junior Counselor program is a four-week offering for teens who are completing 10th or 11th grade and includes leadership training, Red Cross certifications, and community service.  The number of participants is limited, and priority is given to those completing 11th grade.  Acceptance into the program is based on information collected from the application, personal recommendations, a personal interview, and demonstration of leadership ability in previous summers as a GAC camper.  Please click here to see more information.  *No discounts are available for this program.
