Returning Camp Families

With your 2020 full tuition rollover you have locked in 2020 rates and discounts and reserved a space for your child in the same session for 2021. In the next few weeks, we will send an email indicating that you can log in to "My GAC Login" to complete the final step and officially enroll your child for 2021.

Once you receive an email from GAC in the next few weeks indicating that online enrollment is available, you can submit an application for a sibling. We will accept siblings as space permits and will notify you of the application status as either enrolled or placed on a waiting list.
As noted in our spring communication, Cancellation Options Form, and COVID FAQ & Updates page, your family is eligible to enroll for 2021 during open enrollment this fall. We will send you an email to notify you when our open enrollment will begin one week prior to opening.

Enrollment for new families starts this fall. Please check our 2021 Dates & Rates page to sign up to be notified when open enrollment begins.

Waiting Lists

After submitting an online enrollment application, you will be notified by email that the enrollment was accepted for your selected session or notified that your child has been placed on a waiting list for that session and asked if you'd like to enroll in another session if space is available. No deposit will be processed if your child is placed on a waiting list.
That varies. If your child is at the top of a waiting list in his/her age group in October, we often see movement in placing campers before summer arrives. However, this is not always the case, especially in our impacted age groups (grades 5-8). If a spot does become available, we will contact you first to make sure you're still interested in enrolling your child before processing your enrollment application and payment.
Due to COVID-19 and the uncertainties surrounding health and safety protocols and restrictions from local and state authorities, we are enrolling to 75% normal capacity at this time. Once we have more information and guidance, we may be able to enroll to a greater capacity and/or offer additional programs.
Yes. You will receive an email approximately one week prior to open enrollment with more details to enroll before that date. Please note that this wait list priority enrollment period does not guarantee a spot in one of our sessions.

 

Safety Protocols & Procedures

Our team is diligently working with state and local officials to develop safety protocols in line with industry best practices. As this is an ever-evolving process with new information arriving daily and with health and safety as our top priority, we will notify our camp community of our plan in the coming months.
