Waiting Lists

After submitting an online enrollment application, you will be notified by email that the enrollment was accepted for your selected session or notified that your child has been placed on a waiting list for that session and asked if you'd like to enroll in another session if space is available. No deposit or application fee will be processed if your child is placed on a waiting list.
That varies. If your child is at the top of a waiting list in his/her age group in October, we often see movement in placing campers before summer arrives. However, this is not always the case, especially in our impacted age groups (grades 5-8). If a spot does become available, we will contact you first to make sure you're still interested in enrolling your child before processing your enrollment application and payment.
Due to COVID-19 and the uncertainties surrounding health and safety protocols and restrictions from local and state authorities, we are enrolling to 75% normal capacity at this time. Once we have more information and guidance, we may be able to enroll to a greater capacity and/or offer additional programs.

 

Safety Protocols & Procedures

Our team is diligently working with state and local officials to develop safety protocols in line with industry best practices. As this is an ever-evolving process with new information arriving daily and with health and safety as our top priority, we will notify our camp community of our plan soon. Updates will be posted here.
