Each year, we hire several international staff members through an international placement agency called Camp Counselors USA (CCUSA). This agency helps us determine who will make suitable counselors as they are able to interview applicants in person. It is our hiring policy that you must apply for a job at Gold Arrow through Camp Counselors USA if you are not a U.S. citizen.
CCUSA will interview you and then, if they feel you are compatible with our program, will forward your application to Gold Arrow Camp. Be sure to let them know to send your application to our camp first. If you apply through this service, and we decide you are not a match for our program, they will forward your application to other camps.
During January and February, we will be attending the CCUSA hiring fairs in Australia, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom.
