There is still space available in our teen leadership program, the Outdoor Leadership Course. The OLC is a 30+ mile backcountry backpacking trip. Campers who complete the OLC will learn leadership skills, wilderness first aid, food preparation, navigation, and orienteering skills.
In addition to the backpacking, each camper is designated as a leader of the trek for one day, and there are nightly debriefings. The trip is led by Gold Arrow Camp’s highly qualified backpacking instructors.
The first OLC trip is July 9th – July 22nd has limited availability.
The second OLC trip is August 6th – August 19th and still has space available.
You can watch a summary of the experience from OLC trekkers in 2016 and read more about the program on our OLC page.
