Instructions for joining a meeting
1. Go to https://goldarrowcamp.webex.com
2. Click on “Join” next to the “Learn about GAC” Meeting you are joining. The meeting room will be open 30 minutes prior to the start time.
3. Enter your name, which is the name others in the meeting will see.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Enter the meeting password: GAC2012 (password is case sensitive)
6. Click “Join Now”.
7. To hear the presentation, you need to select either to call-in using your phone or listen through your computer.
8. Please keep your microphone on mute (line through the microphone) and DO NOT activate your video (everyone will see you!). Turn up your computer volume to hear the presentation.
