What is a GAC Chat?
A GAC Chat is an informal gathering of camp families, both returning and new, along with one of the Camp Directors or another camp representative. GAC Chats are hosted by current camp families in their homes. Campers who have attended GAC share about their experiences, a brief slide show is shown, and there is plenty of time for asking questions about camp as well as socializing with other campers. This is a great opportunity for first-year families to learn what GAC is about and meet other camp families from your area.
If you would like to receive invitations to the GAC Chats in your area, be sure to fill out the information form here to be added to our mailing list.
Don’t Forget to Enter! March 15th Deadline!

Meadows School 9th Annual Summer Camp Expo 2012
The Meadows School Parents Association will host its 9th Annual Summer Camp Expo 2012 on Saturday, March 3, 2012, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. It is anticipated that over forty overnight and day camps, situated locally and around the nation, will be exhibiting their summer programs to growing families throughout the Las Vegas Valley. A wide variety of camps with different concentrations (including academic, sports, performing arts, adventure, foreign language, outdoors, volunteer and community service) will be available to discuss their programs and camp opportunities for boys and girls from ages 3-18. The Summer Camp Expo is provided as a service by The Meadows School Parents Association and is free to the public.
The Summer Camp Expo is an excellent opportunity for families to begin their summer planning and to learn about a variety of summer enrichment opportunities available for children. Every camp will have a qualified representative available to discuss registration and distribute appropriate literature to the families. All camps must be accredited with the American Camp Association and/or the Western Association of Independent Camps.
No RSVP, but please, visit us at our booth! To learn more about Gold Arrow Camp and upcoming events, please call the camp office at 1-800-554-2267.
